nothin much

my mom and dad got home from Mexico this past saturday and yesterday was the first time i'd seen them. they're very tan and i'm very jealous. they brought me a starbucks city mug (which i love and collect) and i think i have 13 or 14 of them now... love it. we went out to mexican food (i thought, personally, that it was a little odd they wanted mexican after spending three weeks there... but what the hey...). had a great dinner and an even GREATER cadillac margarita. nothing beats a good margarita except for perhaps a bottle of great champagne. after my dad had had a few to drink, he was trying to tell us something about "another couple"... however it came out "anupple" and then we said "anipple" to which he replied, "no, aNUPPLE" ... i guess you had to be there.

i've been really enjoying my camera a lot. i've taken some fun first pictures and messed with the settings a little. i'm learning a lot. here are a few shots:
