a new species of animal...

so last weekend (i've been meaning to update all week) we braved the pain at the pump and rode with two friends and their three year old daughter, morgan, in their denali pulling their 7000# trailer down to california for a mutal friend's wedding. it was an eventful weekend to say the least.


wow, so we get there and bridezilla is on the rampage (that's the new animal species). like seriously, doesn't say thanks for taking a 800 mile round trip to come to our fucked up wedding. no thanks for picking up your filthy stinking chairs in oregon. no thanks for spending xxx on a bachelor party. etc etc. so yeah, we were glad we came. anyway, she ran around screaming at everyone and pretty much making an ass out of herself all weekend. if i were her mother (and i know my mother would have done this for me) i would have slapped her face. i don't care if its your wedding day. i don't care if you think its all about you. let me tell you somethin little missy, "it ain't!"

at least morgan entertained us with nice phrases like "nice penguin suit daddy" and "word up mama" and "go with the flow mom". i love it, that kid cracks me up!


i have some exciting things to share

a. there will be pictures of our weekend following this post
b. our kit is most likely going to be released on monday
c. i made a new page last night for OLW that will also be at the end of this post.
d. i will be getting shit-faced esta noche we're having a bbq with the neighbors tonight and i marinated a yummy tri-tip steak and am making a huge spinach salad with red onion.

i was also thinking one more good thing about going to california... at least alcohol is cheap!
